- “Water Amber” Nuggets Strand / Necklace
- Although these unusual beads have appeared in the West African Bead Trade for over 2 decades, there is little actually known about these “Amber” rough rondelle shaped beads. They appear to be a type of young petrified, if not partially fossilized, tree sap resin. They are found mainly in river beds in Guinea Bissau.
- Length : 28″ ( Beaded Section)
- Bead Size Approx. : 15 x 20mm
- This strand of unusual, delicate beads are in the same configuration as they were purchased years ago in West Africa.
