Return & Refund Policy
At Maimoda Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Before returning, request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing [email protected]. Include a detailed reason for the return and photos or a video supporting your request. Once approved, you will receive the RA number and the return address of the nearest warehouse.
- Use a trackable shipping method to return items. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
Refund Timing
Refunds are initiated as soon as your return is approved. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account. Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to complete the transaction. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at [email protected].
Tracking Your Return
Once your return shipment is processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Address Errors
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please email us immediately. We may be able to update it if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once the order is in transit, we cannot make changes, and we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun. If you cancel before processing, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and credit card processing fees.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following reasons are not valid for refunds or cancellations:
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the item. Customers should be certain before placing an order, as submitting an order forms a legally binding agreement to purchase.
- Found a lower price elsewhere. Buyers are responsible for verifying prices before placing an order. Price differences do not qualify for a refund.
